JP is a passionate finance advisor, with over 30 years with the major banks, client base were mostly family businesses, within high growth industries. JP prides himself in his ability to engineer finance solutions, with a strong focus in optimising enterprise value.

M & A (including capital raising), cash flow, working capital and Equipment financing are some of the expertise JP has to offer.

JP also sits as an advisor on a few of his clients’ board, where strategic framework are discussed for management to implement. JP’s value add to the board is to align bank and or private equity funding with the business growth strategy.

JP has also spent nearly 2 years as Director / CFO and minor shareholder of a national footprint family business. He was an integral contributor in implementing strong corporate governance, successfully accreditation and implementation of ISO 9000, which assisted the company participate and winning large tenders (> $100m). Over an 18 months period, the business turnover improved from $31m (one client) to $44m, The business was sold  to an international participant. JP reconnected with his passion for helping his client’s business growth strategy.

JP key strength is his customer-centric approach and his ability to be in his client’s shoes. JP has strong partnership relationships with the major banks, second tier lenders, and private equity providers.

JP is the co-founder of Moreton Partners in January 2019, and today we have a diverse client base, with funding of > $500m under our management.

Nathalie joined Moreton Partners in late 2022 after leaving her role as a CFO / Director of Finance in one of Berkshire Hathaway group of companies.

She is a qualified Accountant, a CPA with over 20 years’ experience working mostly in large multinational companies.

Nathalie provides consulting, and accounting, services to businesses across a variety of industries. Nathalie supports the Moreton Partners team, bringing a wealth of accounting experience and skills.

Cameron joined Moreton Partners in January 2025.

Cameron has extensive experience in the finance industry with a strong track record in helping businesses access tailored working capital and business funding solutions. With over 25 years in the finance industry across Banks and Finance Companies, across sales, relationship management and credit, Cameron has partnered with small to corporate sized clients across a range of sectors, providing funding strategies that support cash flow stability, growth, and operational efficiency.

Leveraging deep knowledge of invoice finance, trade finance, and revolving credit facilities, Cameron excels at structuring flexible funding packages that align with each client’s unique cash cycle and business goals. His proactive approach and broad lender network enable fast, effective funding outcomes—even for businesses with complex needs or strong growth plans.

Cameron also has experience across property investment, and property development finance. He brings a strong understanding of complex financial structures and a commitment to delivering funding solutions that support his clients’ long-term goals.
